Eike asks if Homunculus was the one to attack Miriam Brum, he states that he was physically incapable of murdering her (her assailant remains a mystery) and reveals he plans to return the fully grown children back to their places once adults to ensure Eike survives. He explains that he was not able to leave the real Margarete with Eckart Brum due to the presence of the townspeople at the scene. He did it as he foresaw Hugo would attempt to leave the real Margarete in the future. Making modern-day Dana actually Margarete Wagner and medieval-Margarete actually Dana. Homunculus informs Eike he switched the infants Dana and Margarete after meeting him in the towns park on the 7th of February 1980. Eike finds him resting by a tree beside a path. Hugo gives Eike twenty minutes for Eike to get Homunculus or he'll leave Margarete in the present preventing Eikes birth.Įike remembers seeing Homunculus in this era. Margarete realises that Hugo has already made an attempt to bring their mother back using the lock of her hair. He aims to now destroy Homunculus since he couldn't prevent its creations and possibly even save Helena's life. He further explains that his time machine could only follow Eike's Digipad. Eike realises Hugo is the killer, as he saw Hugo earlier at the burning bar.Hugoblames Eike for bringing his father the Philosopher's Stone thus aiding him in the creation of Homunculus who caused the explosion. At the town square Eike meets Hugo holding either Margarete. Hugo tells Eike to bring Homunculus to the town square with Margarete's heard in the background.
He explains that his future self created a time machine and traveled to the Wagner's home when they arrived home from there relatives. Upon entering, Eike finds an archaic time-machine set with the date 2001.4.07 written on it.īack in the present Eike receives a phone call from Hugo who got the the number from Eckart. Calling our for Hugo and and Margarete he hears voices from the basement. Soon after, Wolfgang Wager addresses the children asking them to leave the house and return in 10 days.Įike returns to the Wagner Household 10 days later to find it in ruins. This does not concern Dr.Wagner.Īs Eike exits the basement Hugo asks him what his father is doing, as he is no longer allowed to enter. Eike realizes that the house will be destroyed by then warns that it is dangerous. He says the experiment will will be finished 10 days. Especially Hugo, who may attempt to bring his mother back to life. He reveals that he intends on creating the Homunculus an artificial life-form but wishes to keep it a secret from his children. When asked about the painting she reveals the Philosopher's Stone, which she then gives to Eike.Īfter parting ways, Eike goes to the Wagner house and gives the stone to Wolfgang Wagner. She thanks Eike and lets him know he can stop looking for her.
She feels content these days, especially after feeling that no one cared or expected anything of her in 2001. Dana says she was keen to at first but now she has built a new life here and soon to be engaged to a colleague at the Lord Manors Building. Eike tells her that he was looking for her and asks if she would like to come back to the present. She tells Eike of how scared she was upon arriving but noticed the layout of the city and soon figured out it was Lebesnbaum in another era. *SPOILER WARNING: Plot and Ending details follow!* 1584Įike travels to the 3rd of August 1584 and finds Dana coming out of Karl Franssen's Workshop.
